The lift starts with a 3cm EVA foam inner sole, designed with ergonomic curves and built-in arch support. This isn’t a clunky insert or heel pad — it’s a full-length, contoured sole that supports your foot from toe to heel. EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) is ultra-light, meaning you get the elevation without the drag.
Beneath that sits a durable 3–4cm external sole (depending on the style), which forms part of the overall height boost. Together, these layers give you that core lift — enough to make a noticeable difference in your posture and profile, without looking unnatural.
For styles where you want a bit more height, we include optional 1cm wedge inserts that can be placed discreetly beneath the insole.
