HOW MUCH TALLER WILL I BE IN MY LEVANTE SHOES?

The Levante Signature height boost gives you a 6cm (2.4") lift—just enough to make you feel amazing without making it obvious. Need more height? You can increase it to 10cm (3.2") with removable wedges for those times when you want to stand your tallest. For reference, a typical pair of running shoes has a 2-2.5cm (0.75-1") sole, so our shoes will make you 4-6cm (1.8"-2.4") taller than your regular kicks

DOES WALKING IN LEVANTE SHOES FEEL WEIRD OR DO THEY FEEL LIKE NORMAL SHOES?

When you first put your Levante shoes on, you may find that they feel a little strange or different to your normal shoes. This is normal and only lasts a few minutes. Once you get used to them, you'll find that they are super comfy and you can wear them all day. With the extra wedges, this feeling and the acclimatisation period will be increased.

ARE LEVANTE SHOES COMFORTABLE?

Generally, yes - our signature 6cm / 2.4" boost has been thoughtfully designed to balance a valuable height boost with day long comfort and are ergonomically designed in quality materials so that they are comfortable enough to wear all day and night, even if you're on your feet all day and dance the night away. As you increase the boost with the removable wedges, there is an increase in heel-toe drop which will change the position of your feet and the weight and may take some getting used to.

WHAT IS THE PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE?

If you order a pair of shoes from us and they are the wrong size, we will provide the next size up or down free of charge - you don't need to sent the original shoes back. Limited to 1 exchange per pair of shoes and the same model and colour.

WHERE IS LEVANTE SHOES BASED?

Our office is based in Sydney, Australia but ship worldwide from our central distribution hub in China

ARE LEVANTE SHOES JUST FOR GUYS?

No. We have quite a few ladies who appreciate a subtle height boost and the styles we offer. To convert men's shoe sizes to ladies (US sizes), add 1.5 to the size displayed - e.g. a Men's US8.5 is a ladies US10 - this information is included in our sizing charts

CAN I PLAY SPORTS IN MY LEVANTE SHOES?

Our shoes are more than capable of running for the bus, but not designed for your next marathon or other extended high impact activities, where a raised heel may increase your chance of injury.  That said, many of our customers use them for low impact activities and some even consider them a good option for squats - where the elevation of the heel can counteract limited ankle mobility without making you feel like your clumping around the gym in lead boots (aka lifting shoes)!

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER AND/OR DISPATCH CONFIRMATION

Both the order and dispatch confirmation are automated and sent by default so will have been sent to the email provided on the order. If you don't see them in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder and reach out to our team if you are still experiencing issues

HOW LONG IS THE ORDER PROCESSING PERIOD?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days, however this can take up to 3 business days during busy times. You will receive a dispatch notification and shipping details as soon as your order is dispatched.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we ship internationally and to almost all countries. You should expect to receive your shipment 5-15 days after the order is shipped.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER

Sorry, no. As we don't hold stock at our offices, we are unable to facilitate order collection.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Simply go to the Track My Order link on the footer menu and input your tracking number to see where your package is or follow the link in the dispatch email we send to you. If you need further assistance, please reach out to our team.

CAN I GET EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR A SPECIFIC DATE

Unfortunately this is not a service we can offer at present. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks of ordering but we can neither guarantee this or speed up the process.

HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All orders will arrive by courier or service with authority to leave and no signature required or may be sent with a postal service for regional locations. Tracking details are provided on dispatch so you can track your delivery.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM OR MY ORDER HAS A MISTAKE, WHAT DO I DO?

We apologise that there is an issue with your order! Please contact us with your name, order number plus details and photos of the damage / mistake for further assistance and we will arrange a replacement as a priority.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER TO ME?

After placing your order, your package should be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and you will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it's dispatched. The majority of our customers (AU, US, UK & EU) receive their goods within 8-10 business days of purchase, including processing time, however some destinations can take up to 25 days. Please contact us before purchase if you are concerned about shipping time to your country.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order as soon as possible, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please contact us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to make the corrections to your package before it departs.

THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Please contact the carrier to locate your item prior to contacting our customer service team.  Our team is happy to assist but will need to follow the same process of investigating with the carrier before we are able to arrange a replacement or refund.

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Under usual circumstances, yes your order will arrive in a single package.  If your order needs to be shipped in multiple packages for some reason, we will let you know and provide you with shipping details for each package.

WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?

Please allow up to 24hrs after dispatch for your tracking number to be activated.  If it isn't working after this timeframe, please let us know and we will investigate.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

We maintain regular stock of our range, however from time to time some colours or sizes may be out of stock.   If this happens, we will notify you immediately, along with an estimated dispatch date and it will be up to you if you want to wait for restocking.  If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will automatically refund you for those items.
