Shipping Policy

We want you to have the best experience possible and enjoy shopping with us. You'll be glad to know that we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders!
Items are shipped from the warehouse closest to your location and shipping times can vary.   Tracking details will be provided on dispatch and most items are received with 2 weeks of placing an order.  If you haven't received your order within 3 weeks or dispatch, please contact us so that we can lodge an investigation with the carrier

Returns for Change of Mind

Items can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Returns are to be shipped to our Australian location to the address that we will provide when a return is requested and the responsibility for return shipping, including costs are at our customer's.  We recommend that a tracked service be used for all returns as any items lost in transit from a non-tracked service cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please note that our Sydney office is not open to the public and we do not accept in-person returns.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging and will be inspected on arrival prior to processing the refund to the original payment method.  We will process refunds within 1 business day of the receipt of the returned goods and you will receive an automated notification when your refund has been processed.  It can take up to 5 working days for refunds to be visible on your original payment method.

Incorrect item received or broken/damaged goods

In the event that an item arrives damaged, or an incorrect item is received, a full refund or exchange will be arranged, including the cost of returning the item to us.

Please make sure to contact our team within 24hrs of receiving a damaged or incorrect order to arrange your exchange or refund.  We will request photos of the incorrect item or damage as part of this process.

Items must be returned to us by a tracked service which will be paid by the buyer and refunded on receipt of the returned goods.  Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1 business day or a replacement product arranged for shipping in the same timeframe.

  • To start a return, you can login to your account here with simple one-time code you will receive on your email. Make sure to use the same email when logging that was used while checking out your purchase. There you will see your order history and you can request your return.
