Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping worldwide from our China-based warehouse via Yun Express. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch. All orders are shipped with "Authority to Leave" (ATL), meaning the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe location if available.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

All orders are dispatched with tracking and an "Authority to Leave" (ATL) instruction.

If your parcel is missing, contact us within 24 hours of the noted delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and obtain proof of delivery.

Shipping Insurance

For added peace of mind, we offer optional shipping insurance that covers your delivery against damage or loss through third-party carriers.

To make a claim, email info@levanteshoes.com within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of any damage (if applicable). We will promptly arrange a replacement.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery

Most metro destinations receive orders within 8-10 business days from dispatch, though delays may occur due to customs processing or peak seasons.

Regional locations typically take 1-4 business days longer, depending on location.

Tracking details allow you to follow your parcel’s journey, and we can assist with lodging an inquiry if unexpected delays arise. However, once an order has been dispatched, we cannot influence delivery times or recall a parcel.

Faster Delivery

Expedited delivery is available for AUD$15 (or equivalent pricing) in select locations:

  • Australia: 4-7 business days
  • US: 5-8 business days
  • UK & Europe: 3-8 business days

These timeframes apply only to metro locations and are estimates, not guarantees. For regional areas, please add 1-4 business days.

Incorrect Addresses

Once dispatched, we cannot change the address. If an incorrect address is provided, customers must contact the carrier directly for redirection, which may take time. Any additional costs due to incorrect address entry are the customer's responsibility.


Returns & Refunds

Perfect Fit Guarantee / Exchanges

If your shoes don’t fit, we’ll exchange them for the next size up or down in the same style.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are limited to one replacement per customer, subject to size and style availability.
  • We do not offer subsequent refunds on products exchanged under this policy unless there is a defect to the replacement product.

Suspected abuse of this policy may result in restrictions on future exchanges.

Returns for Change of Mind

You can return items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

  • Returns must be shipped to our Sydney location (address provided upon request).
  • Customers cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item reaches us.
  • In-person returns are not accepted—our Sydney office is not open to the public.

To qualify for a refund, returned items must:
✅ Be received within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Be unused and in original packaging.
✅ Include all accessories (e.g., shoe wedges)
✅ Include any order-value based free items if minimum order value is no longer maintained

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Refunds will be processed within 1 business day of receiving the goods, minus any bundle discounts or the cost of free gifts that are not returned.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a full refund or exchange.

  • Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos showing the problem.
  • Claims without photographic evidence submitted within this timeframe cannot be accepted.
