Shipping Policy
We want you to have the best shopping experience with us and ship all orders worldwide for free from our central warehouse in China. Tracking details will be provided on dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
Most metro destinations receive orders within 8 business days from dispatch and over 90% of items to metro locations are received within 2 weeks of placing an order. If you haven't received your order within 3 weeks of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Perfect Fit Guarantee / Exchanges
If your shoes don't fit, we'll exchange them for the next size up or down in the same style and colour at no extra charge - you don't even need to return the original shoes. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, are limited to one replacement per pair, and depend on size availability.
Returns for Change of Mind
You can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns should be shipped to our Sydney location, and we will provide the address once the returns process is initiated. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item reaches us. Please note our Sydney office is not open to the public, and we do not accept in-person returns.
To qualify for a refund, returns must meet the following conditions:
- Received by our Sydney office within 30 days of customer delivery date
- Be in an unused condition
- Be in the original packaging
- Include all accessories e.g. shoe wedges
Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return.
Refunds for items that meet the above conditions will be refunded to the original payment method within 1 business day
Incorrect Item Received or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a full refund or exchange. Contact our team within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect order to arrange your exchange or refund. We will request photos of the incorrect item or damage as part of this process.
To arrange your refund or exchange
- To start a return, you can login to your account here with simple one-time code you will receive on your email. Make sure to use the same email when logging that was used while checking out your purchase. There you will see your order history and you can request your return.
