Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer free standard shipping worldwide from our China-based warehouse via Yun Express. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL), meaning the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe location if one is available.

After your order leaves our warehouse, it’s over to our delivery partners to get it safely to you. We’re unable to make address changes or speed up delivery once it’s on its way, and while delays are rare, they can happen. For extra peace of mind, we recommend selecting shipping insurance, as we’re not able to cover lost or delayed parcels without it. Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates, even for our faster options.


Authority to Leave (ATL)

All orders are sent with tracking and an Authority to Leave (ATL) instruction.
If your parcel appears to be missing, please contact us within 24 hours of the noted delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and obtain proof of delivery.


Shipping Insurance

For added reassurance, we offer optional shipping insurance to protect your order against damage or loss during transit.

To make a claim, email info@levanteshoes.com within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of any damage (if applicable). We’ll review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement where eligible.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are shown on our product and checkout pages. These are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather events, or seasonal demand.

Standard Delivery

  • Most metro areas: 8–10 business days from dispatch
  • Regional areas: add 1–4 business days

Tracking details will allow you to follow your parcel’s journey. We’re happy to help lodge an inquiry if delays occur, but once an order has been dispatched, we can’t influence delivery speed or recall parcels.

Faster Delivery (AUD $15 / equivalent)
Available in select locations:

  • Australia: 4–7 business days
  • US: 5–8 business days
  • UK & Europe: 3–8 business days

These apply to metro areas only; regional locations usually take 1–4 business days longer.


Incorrect Addresses

Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to change the shipping address.
If an incorrect address was entered, please contact the carrier directly for redirection — this may extend delivery times. Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility.


Returns & Refunds

Perfect Fit Guarantee / Exchanges

If your shoes don’t fit, we’ll exchange them for the next shoe size up or down in the same style.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are limited to one replacement per customer, subject to size and style availability.
  • We do not offer subsequent refunds on products exchanged under this policy unless there is a defect to the replacement product.

Returns for Change of Mind

You can return items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

  • Returns must be shipped to our Sydney location (address provided upon request).
  • Customers cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item reaches us.
  • In-person returns are not accepted—our Sydney office is not open to the public.

To qualify for a refund, returned items must:
✅ Be received within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Be unused and in original packaging.
✅ Include all accessories (e.g., shoe wedges)
✅ Include any order-value based free items if minimum order value is no longer maintained

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Refunds will be processed within 1 business day of receiving the goods, minus any bundle discounts or the cost of free gifts that are not returned.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a full refund or exchange.

  • Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos showing the problem.
  • Claims without photographic evidence submitted within this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Warranty

We stand by the quality of our shoes and want you to enjoy them with confidence. That’s why we offer a 6-month replacement warranty from the date of purchase on any manufacturing faults. This covers things like unexpected defects, but doesn’t extend to general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse (like excessive wear, rough treatment, or poor storage). If something doesn’t seem right, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to take a look within this timeframe.

How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Log in to your account [here] (with a one-time code sent to your email). Use the same email used at checkout.
  2. View your order history and submit your return request.
